Below please find another update regarding guidance from the United States Department of Education (“USDOE”) and the Pennsylvania Department of Education (“PDE”) concerning the rights of students with disabilities in connection with the COVID-19 crisis.
As mentioned in our prior communication, on March 21, USDOE issued a supplemental fact sheet addressing the risk of COVID-19 in preschool, elementary and secondary schools while serving children with disabilities. The supplemental guidance from USDOE can be found here:
