
Reagan is a West Chester-based attorney who joined us in October, 2025. She was born and raised in Brookhaven, Mississippi and is a graduate of the University of Mississippi, where she earned her Bachelor’s in History with minors in English and Museum studies in 2021. At Ole Miss, Reagan was a member of the Sally McDonnell Barksdale Honors College, Phi Beta Kappa, Alpha Phi, and the Pride of the South Marching Band and Wind Ensemble. In 2021, Reagan also completed her honors Capstone project when she wrote and successfully defended her thesis, “‘The Unhappy Class of Females’: An Examination of Non-elite White Women in the Civil War-Era South,” which is published on eGrove. She then earned her Juris Doctorate at the Dickinson School of Law in Carlisle, Pennsylvania in 2024. At Dickinson, Reagan worked in the Community Law Clinic, the Name Change Clinic, the Record Expungement Clinic, and served as a founding member and director of Hearsay Acapella. In her final year of law school, Reagan researched, wrote, and published an article, “‘Swell, This Fugitive Forger’: The Case of Jacques Licco Adutt,” in Jus Gentium, a journal of international legal history, for which she also served as a student editor. As a legal professional, Reagan enjoys working with school and municipal clients and has a special affinity for drafting and revising policies and ordinances. Prior to joining the firm, she worked primarily with school districts and local municipalities in the West Chester area.
