Ms. Kane received her Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science cum laude from The Catholic University of America. She is admitted to practice in both Pennsylvania and New Jersey and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association.
Ms. Kane concentrates her practice in the areas of special education and school law with a focus on real estate and transactional matters.
Prior to her association with the Firm, Ms. Kane practiced in the areas of products liability and commercial litigation with law firms in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania and Newark, New Jersey where she defended manufacturers and financial institutions in products liability, personal injury, breach of contract and government investigations pending in both state and federal courts. She also served as a volunteer Court-Appointed Special Advocate, advocating on behalf of abused children in Delaware County.
