
Joshua Pollak is an Member at McKENNA SNYDER LLC.
Mr. Pollak concentrates his practice in the areas of education law, labor and employment law,
non-profit corporation law, board governance, construction law and finance. He works regularly
with charter school applicants as well as existing charters seeking renewal. He is admitted to
practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the
Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as to the Supreme Court of New Jersey. Prior to his
association with the Firm, Mr. Pollak served as “Of Counsel” to a general practice law firm
where he focused primarily on employment litigation. Mr. Pollak received his Bachelor of Arts
from Hobart College and his Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from Villanova University School of
Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
