
Ashley McKinley Scrivner, Esq. joined the firm in 2022. Ms. Scrivner is a member of the Education and Employment Law Practice Groups. She focuses on developing inclusive and equitable policies for schools and students amidst a quickly shifting landscape of interconnected laws and regulations. Ashley also handles matters related to educational records, student discipline, labor and special education.
Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Scrivner represented individual plaintiffs in matters involving violations of Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, the Equal Pay Act, the Americans with Disabilities Act, the Family Medical Leave Act, The Rehabilitation Act, The National Labor Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act, the Pennsylvania Wage Payment and Collection Law and the Philadelphia Fair Practices Ordinance. She also represented small businesses in employment matters, aiding in the drafting and review of contracts, policies, and handbooks.
