Joshua Pollak is an Associate at McKENNA SNYDER LLC.
Mr. Pollak concentrates his practice in the areas of education law, and non-profit corporation law, including board governance, employment law, real estate law and construction law. He works regularly with charter school applicants as well as existing charters seeking renewal. He has been admitted to practice in the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, as well as to the Supreme Court of New Jersey. He is a member of the Pennsylvania and New Jersey Bar Associations. Prior to his association with the Firm, Mr. Pollak served as “Of Counsel” to a general practice law firm located in Berwyn, Pennsylvania where he focused primarily on employment litigation. Mr. Pollak received his Bachelor of Arts from Hobart College and his Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from Villanova University School of Law where he served as Managing Editor of the Villanova Sports & Entertainment Law Journal.
