Ms. Ha received her Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.) from Villanova University and her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from The Pennsylvania State University. She is admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania, the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Ms. Ha concentrates her practice in the areas of school law, employment, policy development, and transactional matters.
Prior to her association with the Firm, Ms. Ha practiced in the areas of medical malpractice, insurance defense, and VA Disability Compensation claims with firms in the Philadelphia region.
