| By providing a quick overview of laws and requirements and then moving into a more in-depth analysis, this session would be appropriate for teachers and administrators at all levels. More challenging questions and analysis will be posed for more sophisticated participants thus offering a comprehensive and collaborative experience for all attendees. There will be Guided Questions engaging educational administrators, teacher, trustees, staff and attorneys. A brief history of charter and cyber school programming, an overview of federal regulations and applicable cases from various jurisdictions will be provided.
