- Petitioning the local Court of Common Pleas to allow for the appeal of the denial of the charter application

- Filing an appeal with the appropriate state agency, appeal board or court
- Drafting all documents in arguing the appeal including required briefs, petitions and motions
- Arguing the appeal before the State Charter School Appeal Board
