PATRICIA L. KELLY

Patricia L. Kelly is an Associate at McKENNA SNYDER LLC.  Ms. Kelly received her Juris Doctorate degree (J.D.), magna cum laude, from Temple University James E. Beasley School of Law and her Bachelor of Science degree (B.S.) in Chemical Engineering, magna cum laude, from Drexel University.  She is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and is a member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Chester County Bar Association. Ms. Kelly concentrates her practice in the areas of charter school law and special education, with a focus on business and transactional matters.   Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Kelly was in-house counsel for a major corporation and practiced patent and intellectual property law.
